Order Processing:

Please allow 2-4 days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within a week of ordering using USPS, depending on your location. 

Shipping is currently available within the contiguous United States at the flat rate of $15 per order.

 

Exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@maemaenyc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We accept exchanges and refunds to store credit up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. See full details of our return and exchange policy.
